For cutting whole muscles, whether beef, pork or turkey, three-dimensionally into clean cubes and stripes, we offer the GALAN 930 3D. The muscles are first cut via a conveyor scimitar blade unit GALAN 930 (1D) into slices with the required thickness. These slices are placed directly on the infeed belt of a two-dimensionally cutting GALAN 930 (2D), which cuts the slices into cubes or strips. Thus, all three dimensions are gently cut. Also sinewy material can be cut thereby. Crust freezing of the goods is not necessary.
