MAGURIT offers you quick service worldwide. Our service-technicians in Hückeswagen as well as the service-technicians of our agents throughout the world look after your production. Call us if technical service is requested.

Service Agreement
Preventive Maintenance in the first place minimises down time. We offer our customers constant support. For this purpose, we offer service agreements for MAGURIT equipment. Such agreements are charged at a machine-type specific flat rate, which is the same for all customers from Northern to Southern Germany. The equipment is usually checked once a year, errors are analyzed and a common decision is made which further work should be done directly. Our service department will arrange an appointment with you so that your production is only as little as possible disrupted. Accordingly, our service technicians travel to you with well equipped service vans, generally carrying the right spare parts. The service agreement includes travel time, working hours for the inspection of the machine and all costs for board and lodging. If our service technician needs more time for maintenance work, this will be billed at normal conditions. Installed spare parts are also billed at normal conditions.
For our customer abroad, such agreements can also be negotiated. Or our agents are happy to offer a service agreement at local charges.
MAGURIT Spare Parts
Our machines often are the first step in your production. And our customers can expect high reliability. Anyhow, if a breakdown appears: We constantly keep approx. 3000 different parts constantly in our stock. And in case that we don’t have the right parts available, our production is organised in a way, that spare part orders are always produced with highest priority, so that our customer down-time is minimized. Ideally you send us with the inquiry the machine type, the serial number and the part number. And we will do our best to ship the parts to you as fast as possible.
