Passing on of your data
Our service providers include, for example, data centers, analysis service providers and marketers. Our service providers are prohibited from processing your data for other purposes or for themselves. It is our concern that you can find out at any time from the following information which personal data is collected during your visit to our website and how we process it afterwards.
2. Purposes and legal basis of data processing
We store your data for the fulfillment of contractual performance such as contract fulfillment, payment processing and billing. The contract with you is the legal basis for this processing (Art.6 para.1 letter b DSGVO). We also process your data to the extent required by law to fulfill our archiving and retention obligations under German commercial and tax law (Art. 6 para. 1 letter c DSGVO). In addition, we use your data for direct advertising - i.e. to send you information about our products, services and promotions (pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter f. DSGVO) in order to win you as a customer for this purpose (information pursuant to Art. 13 para. 1 letter d DSGVO). You can object to the use of your data for the purpose of advertising at any time, using the above contact details. Further recipients of this data may be logistics service providers (address data only), payment service providers (payment data only) or, in the context of direct advertising, service providers for the dispatch of advertising material (address data only) as part of the processing of the contract for the order. The duration of the processing depends on the purpose of the fulfillment of the contract as well as the associated further legal requirements for storage and provision of evidence. For direct advertising, we use the data as long as you have not objected.
3. Your rights in data protection & right of revocation
You have the following rights with regard to the processing of personal data:

Right to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing.
Insofar as the processing of your personal data is based on a balance of interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) DS-GVO) or the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller (Art. 6 (1) (e) DS-GVO), the right to object to the processing. We inform you about this in detail in the following sections.

If the processing of your personal data is based on consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) or Art. 9 (2) (a) DS-GVO)), the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Right of appeal to a supervisory authority
You have the right to object to the processing of your data at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation, provided that the legal requirements are met. If you object to the processing of your data for advertising purposes or wish to revoke a granted consent, a brief message to our data protection officer by e-mail to datenschutz@magurit.de or by mail to MAGURIT Gefrierschneider GmbH , Clarenbachstrasse 7, 42499 Hückeswagen will suffice at any time. Your data will then no longer be processed for the advertising purposes covered by the advertising objection or the revocation of consent. 4. Processing of personal data on our website
Calling up our website
MAGURIT Gefrierschneider GmbH - as is usual and necessary with Internet pages for use - processes so-called server log files when the user calls up our Internet page. When our website is called up, our web server records the domain name or the IP address of your computer, the file name and the URL which was requested, as well as the http response code and, if applicable, the URL referring to our website (legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 (b) DS-GVO). This procedure is common for technical reasons and necessary to enable the use of our website. In this regard, we are supported by our technical service providers, which we use as processors. The above-mentioned data is logged and used for the purpose of defending against unlawful use or attempted attacks on our web server (Art. 6 para. 1 (f) DS-GVO). The data will be deleted after 6 months.
Contact / Inquiries
If you have any questions or requests, we are at your disposal. We process your information to answer your product or service inquiries (Art.6 para.1 b, f DSGVO). The communication of address and telecommunication data marked as mandatory is necessary in order to process and respond to your request. The voluntary provision of further data facilitates the processing of your request. We generally store the information from your inquiry for six years after answering the inquiry if it concerns commercial or business letters (§ 257 Abs.4 HGB, § 6 Abs.1 c DSGVO).

Extended storage periods
The specified storage periods may be extended accordingly if, in individual cases, in particular if the data is processed for different purposes, there is a longer legal or contractual retention period.
5. What are mandatory data or mandatory fields?
If certain data fields are designated as mandatory fields and/or marked with an asterisk ( * ) during collection, the provision of this data is either required by law or contract, or we need this data for the conclusion of the contract, the desired service or the stated purpose. The provision of data is of course at your discretion, even in the case of mandatory fields. Failure to provide this data may result in the contract not being fulfilled by us or the desired service not being provided or the stated purpose not being achieved.

All information that you enter online is technically encrypted and only then transmitted. This means that this information cannot be viewed by unauthorized third parties at any time. Our data processing and security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments. The employees of MAGURIT Gefrierschneider GmbH are or will be obligated in writing to maintain confidentiality and to comply with the data protection requirements of the DS-GVO.
8. Applications
MAGURIT Gefrierschneider GmbH collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. The processing may also take place electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant sends corresponding application documents to the controller by electronic means, for example by e-mail or via a web form located on the website.
If the controller concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If the controller does not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents will be automatically deleted three months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of the controller conflict with such deletion. Other legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a duty to provide evidence in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
9. Statistical evaluations with Matomo
This website uses Matomo, an open source software for statistical analysis of visitor traffic. Matomo uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is stored on the provider's server in Germany. The IP address is anonymized immediately after processing and before it is stored. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.
