UNICUT 545 SC
In America and parts of Europe fried pork rinds are a famous snack product, called “Scratchings” or “Chicharones”. The UNICUT 545 SC was especially developed for dicing block of frozen pork rinds. In one step the pork rind blocks are cut into very exact squares which are ideal for the further process.
