Powerful frozen block cutters
The STARCUTTER 312 is suitable for small and mid-size productions with up to 8 tons daily production. It is designed to accept all standard Euro- or US block sizes. The blocks, lifted into the cutting area by a manual, self securing bowl, are cut by the rotating cutting drum. Discharge can be done into standard meat trolleys, which can be placed beneath the cutting area from 3 different sides.
