High volume horizontal slicer for fresh products
This fresh cutter can cut any kind of meat, poultry, fish or offals. As a stand alone machine the HS 931 is used to horizontally cut the products in slices, without any squeezing of the product. The HS 931 can be linked with the GALAN 930 to continuously cut fresh product without any deformation in three dimensions like strips or dices.
