High volume of chunks, especially for the pet food production GWS-technology
The GWS punch dicer technology is distinguished for very high capacities. The frozen meat or offal blocks are reduced by a MAGURIT STARCUTTER and automatically further transported via MAGCON screw conveyor or MAGURAFFE vertical conveyor into the GWS 4XX rotating dicer. The fast turning rotating cutting drum is equipped with punch blades which cuts cubed pieces from the flakes, called „chunks“ in the industry.
