Exact cubes for the pet food production
MWS-Dicing Technology
With the slit knife dicing technology a high volume of accurate dices is produced mainly for wet pet food production.
In the first step a guillotine (mainly UNICUT 547L) cuts the frozen blocks in slices, the thickness of which determines the dimension of the final dice. These slices are automatically conveyed towards the rotating slit knife drum which cuts the second and third dimension from the slices.
